UNIVERSITY'S INTERNATIONAL CONNECTIONS University cooperates with the High specialized school of technology, economics and civic safety (Zitau, Germany), Technological University of Kazimir Pulaski (Radom, Poland), Helsinky Technological University (Finland) Dagestan National University (Mahachkala, Dagestan) Technological University (Kopie, France), Technical School (Nant, France), National pedagogical university (Briansk, Russia), St. Petersburg Institute of textile and light industry (Russia), Zheshuv Technical University (Zheshuv, Poland), Moscow economical and statistical institute (Russia) Penza national architectural academy (Russia), Technological University of Chenstohova (Poland), Californian National University (USA), Wesleyan’s college (Tennessee, USA), Rudgersk University (New Jersey, USA), South Mississippi University (USA), Institute of global education of Benjamin Franklin (USA), Gete institute (Germany), Fullbright fund, American peace corps, “EXELS”, “DAAD”, “AYREX”.
 Different international organizations are functioning on the base of the university, such as National theoretical engineering committee of IFToMM (president, PhD, professor Silin R.I) International informational academy branch, TESOL-Ukraine (President – associate professor Lulkun H.A.”
In 2002 the center has won another grant for the creation of the first in Ukraine British center of former military personnel, that opens new perspectives for their retraining and employment with the support of the Ministry of defense of UK
The university actively participates in the “Podillya-First” association, that integrates the cluster models of different sphere businesses cooperation with the increase in their benefit and the economical development of the region. A volunteer of the American Peace corps Wolfgang Price created the association, and Silin R.I. was chosen as its president. Many scientists, businessmen government representatives from USA, Poland, Russia, Germany, Austria, and Ukraine participated in the forums organized by the association. First clusters were created in the sewing, building and food industry became popular in other regions of Ukraine. |

From 1995 the university participates in the TACIS program – retraining of the former reserve officers in Ukraine. University has won two grants of the European Union and received aid in total sum of 100 000 dollars. As a part of this program eight teachers have been involved in coop programs in Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Poland.
