TESTING CENTER

    The center consists of three laboratories:
  • Footwear testing (laboratory director - C.T.S., associate professor Stoyanov I.S.);
  • Textile materials and products testing (laboratory director - C.T.S. associate professor Drobot O.S.);
  • Constructional and instrumental material testing (laboratory director - C.T.S. associate professor Drobot O.S.).


Дослідження реології твердих тіл The testing center of the technological university of Podillya conducts tests on a wide variety of products:
LIGHT INDUSTRY:
footwear, knitted wear, sewing products, knitted linens, cotton and mixed fabrics.
Footwear testing:
the strength of detail binding, general and the residual soil deformation, mass, dimensions and flexibility.
Textile material and product testing:
dimensions, warp, courses and columns, surface density, dimensions after water processing, cutting qualities, paint reactions with light, weather, washing, distilled water, sweat, ironing, salt water, organic solvents, friction, electrical resistance, hygroscopicity, humidity, capillarity, water resistance, wind resistance, different stresses.

Зав. лабораторією випробувань конструкційних та інструментальних матеріалів доц. Дробот О.С. проводить дослідження продукції на інструментальному мікроскопі MACHINERY:
carbonated, constructional, spring, ball bearing, instrumental, armature, stainless steel; cast iron; brass, bronze, aluminum, sodium alloys; color and black metal waste, polymers, fluoroplastic and fluoroplastic compositions, polyethylene, steel, cast iron, polymeric tubes; nooks, cutting instrument products from strong alloys.
Testing types:
Mechanical: stretching, compressing, twisting, impact elasticity, Brinnel, Rockwell, Vickers strength; micro strength; geometrical: dimensions, form deviation; technological, thermalphysic: heat capacity, heat transfer; metalographical: micro and macro structures of nonmetallic inclusions; depth of decarbonated layer; chemical composition of steels and alloys.
