Hello. My name is Joe and I'm going to give you a few simple lessons on
how to make frames for your web documents. The intelligent use of frames
can give your pages a cleaner look and make them easier to navigate. 

Dividing a page into frames is actually quite simple. 

The basic concept goes like this: Each frame is a regular, complete html
document. If you wanted to divide your page into 2 side by side frames,
then you would put one complete html document in the left frame and
another complete html document in the right frame. In addition you need
to write a third html document...

EXERCISE 11.2 - Grammar

"If you wanted to divide your page into 2 side by side frames, then you
would put one complete html document in the left frame..."

This sentence from the text shows the use of 'IF' - also called the
Conditional in grammar.

All in all this is quite simple: (like making html frames ;)

1. A possible situation (maybe it will happen..)
        If it rains tomorrow, I will not go.
        IF + VERB (present) , VERB (future)
2. An impossible situation (it will not happen..)
        If I spoke every language in the world, I would be famous.
        IF + VERB (past) , WOULD + VERB (root)
3. A past situation (it already happened, I cannot change it..)
        If I had studied hard, I would have passed the test.
        IF + VERB (past perfect) , WOULD + VERB (present perfect)
